I'm getting an "Out of the country" error message

Video on ABC.com and the ABC apps on mobile, tablet, and TV streaming devices are only available to viewers physically located within the U.S. and its territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands). ABC.com and the ABC apps cannot be accessed via an anonymous proxy IP address.
